1. Service Nature
Result Hive offers digital services including, but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Website Design & Development
- Content Marketing
- Branding & Creative Services
- Digital Marketing Consultation
Since these services involve time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, they are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Project Initiation
Clients may request cancellation before the project or campaign has started. In such cases, any payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable consultation, planning, or administrative charges.
After Project Initiation
If a cancellation request is made after work has begun, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any refund, if applicable, will be determined after deducting the value of completed services and incurred expenses.
Recurring Services
For monthly services such as SEO, social media management, and advertising campaigns, clients must provide at least 15 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle to discontinue the service.
3. Refund Policy
Refund requests will not be entertained under the following circumstances:
- The client changes their mind after the service has commenced.
- Dissatisfaction arising from expectations of guaranteed rankings, leads, sales, or business growth.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, content, or access credentials.
- Services that have already been delivered, completed, or approved by the client.
- Fees paid towards third-party services, including but not limited to advertising spend, domain registration, hosting charges, premium tools, plugins, software subscriptions, or platform fees.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
4. Website & Design Projects
For website development, design, and branding projects:
- Initial deposits, booking amounts, and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Cancellation after project commencement will require payment for completed milestones.
- Final source files, website credentials, and ownership rights will be transferred only after full payment has been received.
5. Advertising Services
Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or other advertising networks are governed by their respective policies and are non-refundable by Result Hive.
Result Hive is not responsible for refund decisions made by such platforms.
6. Exceptional Cases
In rare and exceptional circumstances, Result Hive reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and make the final decision at its sole discretion.
