- Payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, strategies, designs, and deliverables created by Result Hive remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets and licensed materials.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales figures, leads, or business results, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Result Hive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the policies, outages, or actions of these third parties.

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice. Any outstanding dues for completed work shall remain payable.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
